- Signing out now signs you out on Still Dock's server too, so a copy of your sign-in left in a backup or on a Mac you no longer have stops working.
- Your sign-in now belongs to the Mac it was made on.
- If you require Touch ID to unlock, quitting Still Dock while a lock is on now asks for it, and so does turning off Keep Dock on one display. Logging out, restarting and shutting down are never held up.
- The files Still Dock keeps on your Mac, including your sign-in, can now be read only by your own user account.
- Paid features now stop when a trial ends even if your Mac cannot reach Still Dock, and on a new install that has never reached it after three days. A purchase keeps working offline, as before.
- The checkout window opens only web links in your browser, and nothing else.
- A permanent lock profile signed by Still Dock is now checked to be exactly the one you asked for before it is saved.
- Updates are now checked for Still Dock's signature before they are unpacked, not after.

- If Still Dock was asked to quit while one of its dialogs was open, it waited until the dialog closed, and did not release its locks until then. It now quits straight away and always releases them.

- The Touch ID prompt now asks in your language. It used to finish its sentence in English whatever your Mac was set to.
- Descriptions in the desktop widget were cut off in German, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese. They wrap onto a second line now.
- A handful of words in the menus were still English in every language, among them Dark, Never, Off and the Large and Larger text sizes. They are translated now.
- The window opened with a highlight ring around its first switch, as if it had been chosen with the keyboard. The ring now appears only when you use Full Keyboard Access.
- Removing a permanent lock told you to select a profile by a name that no profile has. It now says to select each profile whose name begins with Still Dock.

- Still Dock now speaks nine languages: Spanish (Spain and Latin America), French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean. It follows whatever language your Mac is set to, and falls back to English for anything it does not have. The menu, the window, the alerts, the Control Center tiles and the widget are all translated.
- The widget and the four Control Center tiles were English no matter what your Mac was set to, because they are a separate part of the app and nothing had ever included them. They are translated now.
- Undo and Redo would have stopped working in every language but English. The Edit menu was asking the system for an action by name, and the name was being translated along with everything else.
- The app and the emails said “licence” while the website said “license”. Everything says “license” now.
- Wording fixes throughout: a few sentences were assembled from pieces in a way that only reads correctly in English, and have been rewritten as whole sentences.

- The Text Size control in the menu is now announced properly by VoiceOver and can be reached by Voice Control. It was a menu row with its own view rather than a plain item, which meant it had no name to announce: a screen reader found it and could only say “menu item”.
- Three colors were too faint to read against the background behind them and have been corrected, including white text on the main button in dark mode. The app now measures its own palette on every build rather than trusting a number written down once.

- Fixed: locking your Dock permanently could be used without a plan. It writes a configuration profile that survives reinstalling the app, and it was the one paid feature that never checked. Removing a permanent lock is still free and always will be, because nobody should be left with a Dock they cannot unlock.
- Fixed: paid locks were switched back on at every launch, before the app had worked out what you had paid for. In most cases they were released again a moment later. If the app could not reach us and had nothing saved, they stayed on.

- Locking your Dock's size is now free. No payment, no account, no trial to run out. It is the one everybody hits: one brush of the divider and every icon is the wrong size.
- Everything else needs a plan once the 7 day trial ends: the position, hide and show and contents locks, keeping the Dock on one display, the ⌘Q, ⌘W and ⌘Tab guards, profiles, and iCloud backup.
- Pressing a lock you have not paid for now says so and offers a way to fix it, instead of showing a switch that does nothing. A lock you already have on can always be turned off.
- Fixed: several paid features kept working after a trial ended. The ⌘Q, ⌘W and ⌘Tab guards carried on indefinitely and could be switched on again, and a profile's keyboard shortcut re-armed every lock. If you were relying on those without a plan, they now stop.

- Fixed: the desktop widget was invisible. It drew as an empty block while you were working in any app. macOS removes a widget's background on the desktop unless the widget says not to, and this one did not say so, which left dark text on nothing.
- Where to put it. Desktop widgets sit behind your windows, so you only see them on the desktop. To keep Still Dock in view while you work, add it to Notification Center instead: click the date in your menu bar, scroll to the bottom, and choose Edit Widgets.

- Fixed: 1.7 switched iCloud backup off. Adding the widget to the app accidentally cleared the permissions the app needs to reach iCloud, so backing up and restoring your Dock stopped working on that version. Nothing was lost, and updating puts it right. Sorry about that.

- A Still Dock widget for your desktop. The same four locks and the same switches as the app window, in three sizes. Turn a lock on or off without opening anything. Right-click the desktop, choose Edit Widgets, and search for Still Dock.
- Still Dock is in Control Center too. Three toggles for size, position and hide/show, alongside Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- Turning a lock ON from either place is instant. Turning one OFF still asks for Touch ID if you have that switched on, exactly as it does in the app.
The widget and the Control Center toggles need macOS 15 or later. Everything else in Still Dock still works on macOS 13 and up.

- Stop ⌘Tab switching apps. A new switch in the menu bar, next to the ⌘Q and ⌘W guards. Turn the app switcher off everywhere, or only in the apps you name. macOS itself has no setting for this anywhere.
- Every blocked press tells you how to turn it back on, so the keyboard can never leave you stuck.
⌘Tab is in the direct download only. The Mac App Store version cannot offer it: blocking a key macOS handles itself needs Accessibility permission, and Apple does not allow that in a sandboxed app. Everything else in Still Dock is the same in both.
